Accessibility at Talent Match
Last updated: September 4, 2026
Talent Match is committed to making our platform usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We continuously strive toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, treating accessibility as an ongoing effort rather than a one-time milestone.
We actively identify and address barriers to accessibility on our platform, and we welcome reports that help us improve.
Requesting an accommodation
If you need a reasonable accommodation to take an assessment or to use any part of the platform — including more time, an alternative format, or assistive-technology support — you can request one at any time.
If you have a candidate account, use the accommodation request form in your dashboard. It records what you need and routes it to our team.
If you don’t have an account, or you can’t sign in, email us at support@gettalentmatch.com.
You can ask before you start an assessment, while you’re partway through, or after you’ve received a result. Tell us what you need and we’ll work with you to find something reasonable.
If a disability affected a result you’ve already received, tell us. Retaking replaces the earlier result, and employers see only your current one.
Reporting a barrier
If you encounter an accessibility barrier anywhere on the platform, email support@gettalentmatch.com with the page or feature and a description of the problem. We review every report.
How assessments work
Our How assessments work page explains what we measure, how it’s scored, what employers can see, and what we don’t do.
